Shipping & Returns

Your shipping costs will be calculated on where you live. NZ Post have standard zones around New Zealand that have differing rates. When you checkout and enter your address, your shipping costs will be calculated at that point.

All meal packages will be delivered overnight by NZ Post. We are unable to give a specific time on when they will arrive at your house, but you will get notifications from NZ Post closer to delivery.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Due to the nature of our meal packages, it is a better option to have them delivered to a home or work address where they can be put straight in the fridge. 

At this stage, we cannot deliver to rural addresses. It is something we are working on to get Clean Meals out to our rural customers. 

We offer pick-ups for customers based in Christchurch. Customers who select pick-up as their delivery method will be contacted on Monday morning with instructions on where to pick up from. It is crucial to follow the instructions in the email otherwise we will not know you are there. Any questions about pick-ups, please contact hello@cleanmeals.co.nz
