1. Information About Us
Clean Meals is a pre-made food company registered in New Zealand. Our registered office is located at 466 Tuam Street, Phillipstown, Christchurch 8011. You can contact us via email at hello@cleanmeals.co.nz
2. Service Availability
Our services are available to customers within New Zealand. We reserve the right to limit or suspend our services in certain regions or to specific customers at our discretion.
3. Your Status
By using our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract with us.
4. The contract
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase our products, which is subject to acceptance by us. The contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order and process payment.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been processed for delivery. Once the order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. For subscriptions, there is a minimum of two weeks of deliveries before cancellation. If unforeseen circumstances occur, you may contact us at hello@cleanmeals.co.nz to resolve this.
6. Change of Details
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order. If there are any changes to your details (e.g. delivery address), please inform us promptly to ensure smooth processing of your order.
7. Price and Payment
Prices for our products are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the specified amount for the products ordered.
8. Refunds Policy
If you are unsatisfied with our products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your meals. We will examine each case individually to determine if a refund is warranted. Refunds may be provided at our discretion.
9. Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 24 hours of dispatch from our kitchen. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any delays or issues with your delivery.
